Preparation: Each partner mixes their own blend:
HER: 5-8 drops Libido Blend for Women + 10 ml Jojoba Oil
HIM: 5-8 drops Libido Blend for Men + 10 ml Jojoba Oil
Warm the oils between your palms.

Application: Take turns massaging each other using your individual blends.
Recommended areas: shoulders, chest, neck, arms or back.

Breathing: After application, inhale from hands or patch for 1-2 minutes to support relaxation, connection and body awareness.
