Refund policy

1. Returns

Changed your mind about your purchase? Not to worry – NeuroScent offers a comprehensive 14 Day Returns Policy. Simply return any unopened items securely packaged along with your original receipt or packing slip, and we will promptly process your refund (excluding the original delivery charge) back to your payment method.

2. Terms & Conditions

  • All return items must be received at our returns centre within 14 Days from the date of delivery receipt
  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all seals, packaging and security tags intact and uncompromised
  • The cost of returning items to Neuroscent is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of faulty goods
  • For faulty items, please email our customer service team with your Order Number and a detailed description of the fault to contact@neuroscent.com for immediate assistance
  • Refund processing begins within 48 hours of receiving your return. While bank processing times may vary, refunds typically appear in your account within 3 to 5 working days after processing

Our dedicated returns team carefully inspects all returned items to ensure they meet our returns policy requirements. For additional peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items. This allows both you and us to monitor the parcel’s journey back to our returns centre.
